This had its challenges, as there were only one or two avenues that could handle the sale of British Columbia Guide Area’s. This created a business opportunity for us and we decided to venture into the marketing of Hunting and Fishing Territories throughout BC for Guides and Outfitters who want to sell their areas. We owned and operated our own area, so we know exactly what it takes to sell or buy an area.
